I have been a Vipassana meditator for almost 15 years. It has transformed my life. and I wish to share this wonderful gift with the world. In the spirit of sharing I offer free live guided meditation sessions (secular) to educators and parents around the world on zoom. . I offer these sessions on a recurring basis to schools and educational systems through CLC. We can set up a time in the week to meditate for 15-30 minutes depending on your school schedule. Everyone is invited to these meditation sessions but they are not mandatory.
